This article applies to South-Tek Systems industrial N2-GEN TS, CS, and S series PSA nitrogen generators.
If a generator or related component cannot be repaired onsite and must be returned for inspection, repair, or credit consideration, the return must be approved in advance through South-Tek Systems.
RMA required before return
A written Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required before any item is returned for service or credit.
- The RMA request must reference the model number and serial number of the unit.
- No items will be accepted for service or credit without prior written authorization from South-Tek Systems.
Packaging requirements
- Use the original packaging material whenever possible.
- If the original packaging is not available, package the equipment securely to prevent damage in transit.
- South-Tek Systems is not responsible for shipping damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Any damage that occurs because the item was not packaged properly for return is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping requirements
- Shipping charges must be prepaid on all returns.
- Transportation charges for return shipment are not covered unless authorized in advance by South-Tek Systems.
- Contact South-Tek Systems for the correct return shipping address before shipping any item.
Before requesting an RMA
Before requesting return authorization, gather the following information:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Description of the issue
- Relevant alarm or operating details
- Photos, if applicable
Providing complete information up front can help determine whether the issue can be resolved remotely before a return is required.
Important notes
- Unauthorized modifications may affect eligibility for service review.
- Return authorization does not guarantee warranty coverage.
- Evaluation of returned equipment may be required before repair scope, credit eligibility, or warranty disposition can be confirmed.
