1) Identify your model

Look for the nameplate on the cabinet (model + serial).
- Check your startup/commissioning paperwork (model is typically listed there).
- If available, use the controller’s Info/About screen.
2) Know what you’re downloading

GA Drawing: dimensions and connection points (General Arrangement)

Spec Sheet: performance data and system specifications
3) Fast search tip
Use your browser search (Ctrl+F / Cmd+F) and type your model (example: FPS-900 or N2-GEN TS).
