	Run – The nitrogen generator is operating normally and filling the storage tank. It will remain in this mode until the system reaches approximately 70 psi, at which point it will transition into “Standby.”
	Standby – “Standby” - Storage Tank is up to pressure (approx. 70 psi.), system will remain in “Standby” mode until the pressure in the nitrogen storage tank drops below approx. 65 psi, then the unit will enter run mode to fill the tank again.
	FAlm – “Filter Alarm” — This alert appears on the PLC after 1,000 run hours or 12 months, whichever occurs first. We recommend replacing the filters annually. After installing new filters, press and hold the Filter Change Reset button (F2) on the electrical panel for 10 seconds to clear the alarm.   *If you need replacement filters, please contact our Service Sales Representative at        [phone]
	BOff – “BlastOff” — This alert indicates the system has been in “Run” mode for 9 consecutive hours. BlastOff is a built-in leak detection feature that activates when the generator cannot reach “Standby” pressure within a 9-hour period. This typically means one of the following: A leak in the system — Most commonly at a coupling or fitting. Close the N₂ Out valve on the generator and check whether the unit builds pressure internally and enters “Standby” after a few cycles. System sizing issue — For example, a BeerBlast 1KPH can support a maximum of one keg per hour across all faucets. If the bar is pouring more than the generator’s capacity, the system will trigger BlastOff. Internal cabinet leak — If the N₂ Out valve is closed and the system still cannot build internal pressure, there may be a leak inside the generator cabinet. *If further troubleshooting is required, please contact our Service Technician at  [phone]
