| Run – The nitrogen generator is operating normally and filling the storage tank. It will remain in this mode until the system reaches approximately 70 psi, at which point it will transition into “Standby.” |
| Standby – “Standby” - Storage Tank is up to pressure (approx. 70 psi.), system will remain in “Standby” mode until the pressure in the nitrogen storage tank drops below approx. 65 psi, then the unit will enter run mode to fill the tank again. |
| FAlm – “Filter Alarm” — This alert appears on the PLC after 1,000 run hours or 12 months, whichever occurs first. We recommend replacing the filters annually. After installing new filters, press and hold the Filter Change Reset button (F2) on the electrical panel for 10 seconds to clear the alarm. *If you need replacement filters, please contact our Service Sales Representative at (910) 415-1880 |
| BOff – “BlastOff” — This alert indicates the system has been in “Run” mode for 9 consecutive hours. BlastOff is a built-in leak detection feature that activates when the generator cannot reach “Standby” pressure within a 9-hour period. This typically means one of the following:
