What to Have Ready When Ordering
To expedite your parts request, have the following information on hand before contacting South-Tek:
- Compressor model number — found on the nameplate label on the unit (e.g., STSH-50, STS-30T, STSP-75 VSD)
- Serial number — found on the nameplate label
- Part code(s) — from the Spare Part Manual included with your compressor documentation (Addition Chapter 3)
- Quantity needed
- Site contact name and shipping address
Common Consumable Parts (Not Covered by Warranty)
The following items are operator-supplied consumables and must be replaced at scheduled intervals. They are not covered under the compressor warranty:
- Compressor oil (S-Tek 46 for STS models; Lupamat LPM 46 or LPM 68 for STSH models — see unit label for your model)
- Oil filter element
- Air filter element
- Separator element
- Cabinet air suction filters
Maintenance Service Kits
South-Tek recommends using OEM service kits for scheduled maintenance. These kits contain all O-rings, gaskets, and wear items for a given service interval. Contact South-Tek to confirm the correct kit for your model and hour count.
Service and Maintenance Contracts
