What to Have Ready When Ordering
To expedite your parts request, have the following information on hand before contacting South-Tek:
- Compressor model number — found on the nameplate label on the unit (e.g., STSH-50, STS-30T, STSP-75 VSD)
- Serial number — found on the nameplate label
- Part code(s) — from the Spare Parts Manual included in your compressor documentation
- Current run-hours — the hour-meter reading from the AirMASTER FORM controller, used to confirm the correct service-interval kit
- Quantity needed
- Site contact name and shipping address
Common Consumable Parts (Not Covered by Warranty)
The following items are operator-supplied consumables and must be replaced at scheduled intervals. They are not covered under the compressor warranty:
- Compressor oil - S-Tek 46 (synthetic) or S-Tek 46 FG (food grade), ISO VG 46. Order the part number that matches the container size you need:
- 301844 — S-Tek 46, 1 gallon
- 301845 — S-Tek 46, 5 gallon
- 301846 — S-Tek 46, 55 gallon
- 301847 — S-Tek 46 FG, 1 gallon
- 301848 — S-Tek 46 FG, 5 gallon (food grade is not available in 55 gallon)
- Oil filter element
- Air filter element
- Separator element
- Cabinet air suction filters
Maintenance Service Kits
South-Tek recommends using OEM service kits for scheduled maintenance. These kits contain all O-rings, gaskets, and wear items for a given service interval. Contact South-Tek to confirm the correct kit for your model and hour count.
