How to "Top Up" CMS

If you have measured a void in your CMS and ordered additional material, use the following process to refill the sieve beds.

1. 1. Close the inlet valve that supplies feed air to the N2 generator
   2. Turn the generator off from the controller
   3. If your unit has valves on each sieve bed, open the valves on both sieve beds located behind the pressure gauge until pressure reaches 0 PSI, then valve closed.  If the sieve bed has no valves, pull up on safety relief valve to release pressure.
   4. Remove the inspection ports on the top of sieve bed A slowly, allowing any remaining air pressure to drain.
   5. Using a funnel, fill the bed until the material reaches the top of the thread.
   6. Reinstall the plug
   7. Repeat steps 4 through 6 for bed B
   8. Turn the generator back on
   9. Open your feed air valve
   10. Allow the unit to run for ~1 hour
   11. Repeat steps 1 through 9 until no more material will fit into the sieve bed.
