Most South-Tek equipment keeps its operating menus behind a user-level password. The password for your unit is below. Enter it at the password prompt when the controller asks for it.
▲ Attention — User-Level Access Only Every password on this page opens user-level menus only. Factory and administrator settings change how the machine runs and are not published. Contact South-Tek Support if you need factory access, and have your model and serial number ready.

| N2GEN-FLEX Series | 2588 | Required to enter the User Settings area, where the operating setpoints and timers live. |
| High-Performance Air Skid (HPA-75-ENC) | 3535 | Entered at parameter P9.04 to reach the User menu for high-pressure operating parameters and purifier maintenance time. |

If the password is not accepted
Check that you are at the user password prompt and not a factory or confirmation screen — several controllers ask for a different code before a destructive action such as clearing an alarm history, and the user password will not work there. If the user password for your equipment is still refused, contact South-Tek Support with your model and serial number.
